What should I wear?
Clothing should be comfortable and something that you can move freely in. No special footwear is required as Yoga is done barefoot
What should I bring to class?
All mats and equipment are provided. You may like to bring a drink.
What should I eat before class?
The general yogic advice is that it is best not to eat for at least 2 hours before a Yoga Class. If you think your tummy may rumble then maybe a piece of fruit will help.
